The Right Representative for Joplin
MEET THOMAS ROSS
LEADERSHIP
Thomas is someone who wants what is best for Joplin. He worked for the city for nearly a decade following the tornado in 2011. During that time, he saw the infrastructure issues and kept his eyes on the pulse of the city and what crime had evolved to in the area with rising population. Mr. Ross had tried addressing all issues that were within his power, but reach was limited given his position in engineering. So, after seeing how our elected representative wasn't addressing the concerns of his constituents, Thomas has decided to step up to the challenge and be who Joplin needs and deserves as a representative for district 161.
FAMILY FOCUS
Thomas is a very dedicated to his family. Pictured here is Thomas, his wife Suzanne and daughter Rebecca. He hopes to make Joplin safer to raise his two children in. As he has lived in Joplin his whole life and is tired of the downward spiral we are currently facing in the community via crime, homeless population, drugs and more.
GRASSROOTS
A campaign organized for an active member of the community being endorsed by the community. Citizens who are hoping to give the people of the Joplin area a true voice and representation in Jefferson City.
